We stayed 3 nights in Marquette, the largest city in the UP, taking in some semi-urban sites as well as more natural beauty. Raspberry bushes surrounded our campsite!

Then we went to Ontonagon, MI, our last stop in the UP. Nan developed a severe cough due to the poor air quality caused by Canadian forest fires. We decided to leave early, bringing the Michigan portion of our trip to a close.
