In honor of our country’s semiquincentennial (that’s 250 years, baby!), we are dedicating our travels in 2026 to American history and Americana.

We were so happy to make it back to Floyd, Virginia, a town we discovered on our last trip to the Appalachian Mountains. A terrific combination of the arts, vineyards, music, and farmers, this gem of a town has become one of our favorites.
We made it to the famous Friday night jamboree of bluegrass music at the Floyd Country Store.
