One of the most gratifying visuals is the roadmap of the trip we’re currently taking and the maps of completed adventures. Maps are special that way… they reflect where we’ve been and speak to the memories of good times along the way.

The trip of flexibility…not entirely what we planned, but we are having a special time, nonetheless.
Trip highlights so far include a long stay at Monte Sano State Park in Huntsville, Alabama; Halloween at Roan Mountain; camping in a field in the fun and funky town of Floyd, Virginia; touring Clemson University; a walking tour of Charleston; watching Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil;
Summer 2025
Trip highlights included the Johnny Appleseed memorial, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Traverse City, wineries, the Spam Museum, and Dallas, Texas to visit Matthew.
Spring 2025
Trip highlights included the Fire Ant Festival in Ashburn, Georgia, and meeting up with Dave and Kathy Smith at Lake Alltoona in Woodstock, Georgia.
Fall 2024
Trip highlights include buying our beautiful new-to-us motorhome! We drove her home through the beauty of Arizona and New Mexico, visited the UFO Museum in Roswell, New Mexico, and went to Anna, Texas, to visit Matthew.
