Vidalia Onion Museum

On our way to Savannah, we stopped at this darling little museum in Vidalia, GA. Despite being tiny, it really packed a punch! It was a wonderfully curated collection of memorabilia and educational displays that told the story of the Vidalia onion. Similar to how the term “Champagne” can be used only for wine from certain provinces in France, the term “Vidalia onion” can be used only for those grown in a handful of Georgia counties. We so enjoyed our stop here!
